All Sportytime Recovery physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and only work within the scope of practice outlined by these registration bodies. All physiotherapists additionally have an enhanced DBS check
A. To schedule an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information through our booking system.
B. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
C. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
A. Fees for our services are specified on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice.
B. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is paid in full. After your session, the remaining 50% balance mus be paid. We accept payment via all card payments including credit cards, online and cash.
C. For some appointments in London, outside of London and the United Kingdom, full payment will be required before confirming your appointment. In some instances, there may be extra costs to cover the time, distance, travel, and accommodation of the booking. These extra fees will be provided at the time of booking and must be paid in full in order to confirm your appointment.
A. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours notice.
B. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee and/or loss of appointment.
C. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for reasons including but not limited to therapist unavailability, emergencies, or safety concerns.
A. You must provide a suitable space for the physiotherapy/ massage session, including privacy and sufficient room for treatment.
B. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns to the therapist prior to the session.
C. You are responsible for following any advice, instructions, or exercises provided by the therapist
Before any treatment is carried out, a full explanation of the purpose and any potential risks, side effects of any treatments will be provided. This may include mobilisation, manipulation, manual therapy techniques, soft tissue massage, acupuncture, exercise prescription and other adjuncts.
You reserve the right to decline physiotherapy treatment at any point. Your therapist may need to share information with others directly involved in the care of yourself or the person you are signing on behalf of. This may be in reports for other health professionals to guide their care or for referrals on to other medical professionals.
A. Your therapist may suggest taking photos or a short video of you to assist with your assessment and/or treatment. If you agree to this and give us your consent these will be kept securely under the rules of Data Protection and our Privacy Policy.
B. Your therapist may suggest taking photos or short videos for the use of social media platforms for marketing purposes. You have the option to give consent and agree, or disagree.
Sportytime Recovery aims to provide the highest quality services possible through the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. Whilst the vast majority of clients have a good experience, we do not underestimate the emotional, and sometimes physical, impact on users who have a less positive experience.
